Victorinox Centurion DAK Pouch

The DAK Centurion is not very special. It was handed to the soldiers only for a short time when supply ran out of the standard Vic.
However the Centurion came with a special black pouch, not the standard DPM one.
In the picture left is the standard pouch and knife. Right is the pouch fort he Centurion. It has a different Nato Stock Number. The pouch is much more rarer than the knife!

BTW: The logo on the green knife is called the ‘Intercervice logo’. It consists of a lion (Army), an anchor (Navy) and a bird (Air Force).

Hi EMZ and welcome. The black pouch is for the current issue DAK and is used by the Koninklijke Marechaussee (Netherlands Royal Military Police). I have one attached to my EDC rucksack; great kit.

The camo pouch looks as if it might be compatible with A.L.I.C.E. packs, yes? Are they both Velcro flaps? I have to say, the black one looks quite nice.

Aha, I didn't know the black pouches are being used by the KMar. I got this particular combo of Centurion + black pouch from someone who found the pouch with the Centurion inside on an military training ground. That's why I thought they belonged together. Thanks for the info!

Yes, both have Velcro.
