Now I have. And now I am screaming and stretching my arms towards the screen like a toddler that wants something

I can't access the site for the specs, but it looks about the same as a Trail Master?

So......yes  :tu:

In my opinion, if you really could have only one tool, this is the general no nonsense size and shape blade you need.....

I like most of my cousins, so I'll have to resort to making my own version.

I have a piece of very old Ford leaf spring, it was always destined to become a big Bowie  :salute:

Nice looking knife, ridiculous price. If I had that kind of money to throw at knives, I'd buy a couple of customs instead.

It is expensive, yes.

Personally, I find that custom knives lean towards design/individualism and not necessarily to quality. With production knifes like this, you will find people testing them, exposing their flaws etc. You still have to judge the blade for your own (like with all reviews) but if you find a production knife that fits your needs, its probably better spent money than a custom knife of similar price. This especially holds true for a big ass blade like this that will be used for batoning and other task that put strain on the blade, where the uniformity of the steel and the hardening process becomes so much more critical.

Yup it's expensive, but it's also, to borrow a phrase, high end and high quality. I have the S1 Pro

Which is almost as eyewateringly priced and after using it at the weekend for pretty much the first time it was nothing short of brilliant. The criticism I have of it (which I don't have with the MB) is the sheath, the kydex sheath has zero retention, it's garbage. I'm trying to get a leather one for it. But Falkkniven really don't seem interested.

For me the 25cm blade on the MB is not useful, I would get more use from a parang, but that's just me.

Beautiful piece Smashie. Those sheaths are always a thing of discussion among knife lovers. I remember reading that it had something to do with knives freezing in kydex sheaths and not being able to pull 'em out

The OP knife is beautiful as well as the one you have Smashie :dd: I am not in for a larger blade ATM but if I were then those would at least both be on my list  :like: :like:
