What is my near mint Copper Cadet worth?

Greetings everyone,

This is my first post so if I posted it the wrong spot I apologize.

I am not a SAK collector and I see my cadet  missing from a lot of people's collections. I never carried it, I got it in 05 I think, from sending in a coupon that came with a pack of Marlboro 27s (the copper color ones) no box or sheath.

What would something like that go for on EBay

Nice looking Cadet you have there. A quick search of completed auctions for "Victorinox Cadet Copper" on ebay yielded two listings that sold for $65 and $40 both listed as used in good condition.

WELCOME to one of the best places on Earth for just hang'n with the guys.
Once you start carring that beautifull piece your realy going to wonder why you took so long and from what I've seen a little well placed patina often increases the value of a good SAK.  Just take care in maintaing the blades properly and time will tell on the value.  You never know but it will most likely be worth more to you than anyone could ever pay for it.

That's true but I also would like help a collector out all the same, if there is someone that has been looking for it. I've daily carried a LM jucie S2 for about 12 years. I would love a grey gen1 S2. Maybe straight up trade. I think that would be a fair trade if anyone is needing a copper cadet.

That is a good looking Cadet. I would carry it.

If you wear jeans that have a watch pocket, it should fit in the pocket perfectly.  That is where I carry a Cadet.

I've seen them go for between $50-100 on the bay.  Just depends on how bad someone else wants it, I guess.

I had a new one a while back and decided to put it up for auction, someone overseas bought it for $100.
