Wave markings
on: November 30, 2017, 12:25:06 AM
I just adopted an older Wave, and inside the area you would normally find the month/year there was a 12 with a circle around it and a 20 with a circle around it as well. Does anyone know what these markings mean ?

Hi and welcome !

Is it an original Wave or an older Gen 2 Wave ?

not sure, I’m a new collector. On the other side the markings are 13 and 11B.

Take some pictures and post them . If it has locks for the tools it's a Gen 2 Wave if not then it's the OG version.

Welcome to :MTO:

Pics are always helpful and it will help us more accurately determine which Wave you have :salute: I think some of the numbers you mention are perhaps batch numbers and I really don't know what most of those mean but perhaps a more knowledgeable member on this subject will be able to shed light on it :tu:
