No, I bought it new in the package on Ebay a couple of years ago. Actually, I nearly stole it.... The package was a clamshell that was destroyed, so I removed the knife and threw the package away.

You can see the burrs on the saw in the picture.

I have some knives that I don't use, but they are usually "backups" to ones I do use.

Besides, it would cost me more to ship it to you than I paid for it!
