Some people have a following of the art. I wouldn't say she's the most beautiful woman didge player in the world, but she does make one sound good. :)

David Hudson was the one that made my C# long didge.

Here's a brief demonstration on playing a didgeridoo

Where David Hudson is more traditional, there are some that are far more upbeat - such as Ganga Giri

Another fellow I follow is Philip Lipsky of Germany, his label name is SeidrSound. Philip uses an Irish Bouzouki and other various instruments, even an octave flute.

There's all sort of styles involving the didgeridoo. One just has to find their niche I guess.  :D

And for your Brits, there's Joe Caudwell (Cephalodidge). Hew makes didges out of driftwood. Though he did win this AWESOME large bell didgeridoo from Didgeridoo Breath and think he recorded and took that monster with him on a Didge to Didge contest.

Thing most use the didgeridoo for is to tell a story through sound, effects, and such. So listening is key there and the better artists can mimic sounds of trains, transportation choices, mammals, birds, wind, earthquakes, MANY things.

Didgeridoo Breath posted a poster about the didgeridoo, too.

Newer addition to the didgeridoo ...  :D

A used Weber Y2K6 Mandolin that was in a progressive rock band from 2009 until 2017 when the owner decided to upgrade to something fancier. So this mandolin was created in Montana, traveled all the way to Wisconsin to where it was sold, and eventually made it all the way back over here to Idaho later in its life.

Have been jamming with the church fellowship group on Saturdays, and playing with some yokels at a nearby clubhouse on Mondays. Monday's group is a odd formation of country, folk, and whatever.  :D

Had almost bought an Asian "Kentucky 272" then this was relisted on eBay for a lot cheaper than its original listing. Since the Weber has an outstanding reputation, and the mandolin did not look beat up or anything, seemed to been well taken care of, and had a hard case + a pick-up added to the bridge, it was like getting $200 of extras for a slightly higher price than I would of paid for the Kentucky 272 - but adding a hard case would of paid for the difference. The amp pick-up works great too! Sounds just like the mandolin except louder.  :D

Of course all the older fellows have these handsome leather straps on their guitars, base, and mandolins and I have a cheap $12 strap on mine. Have been looking around to find a decent strap and the things run like $65+. :ahhh Even paracord straps are $65+. :ahhh

Okay, so while that may be worth it, another idea came to me last night and seems like no one makes them. The idea is a strap that has extra strings slid up inside. Ya never know when you'll break a string, and you better pray you have an extra set in your case, or your buddy does. But what happened if your case is like in the back room and you are about to go on stage, or maybe you just grabbed your case for a quick evening jam and *plink* goes a string.
Well, if someone could devise a strap that can carry extra strings inside of it, and looked good, you could probably sell it for more than $65 and have an extra advantage of musician's survivability added!

So the idea has been released. Who's gonna run with it?  :D
