Im pretty sure that file last appeared in the 80s, so it must be some limited run thing if new ones are appearing. Very odd tool with crazy weird backspring and that file is attached only to the liners.

I think Vic might have found a cache of LNFs and made Climbers out of them, they have the newer tang stamp post '05, but hard to figure the actual dates beyond that.

It increases the assembly difficulty quite alot since that file is riveted right to the liners.
