Is that a good deal? I'm tempted, but know very little about SAKs, and which ones are good.
I would think that is the lower range of prices for it in Europe - maybe some 10-20% off normal. Which still is just some £3-4.
It is good for what it is; a very small and light SAK with many tools. If you're not too familiar with SAKs you might want to check it out up close and personal to make sure that is actually what you want.
There are also other variations of the same size which might have a mix of tools more suited to you - try taking a look at SAKWiki to get some ideas and comparisons. (The mini-champ can be found at 58 size, 5 layers).
