What's that Spyderco?? Navy?? I like that one!!

It's not a Spyderco at all.  The knife is made by Navy, which is a Chinese knife company.

It does have a pocket clip (ugly as sin, but functional) and a surprisingly well-machined version of Spyderco's compression lock.  I don't own a K607 but I've handled and used one before.

Sorry for not replying sooner, I am on holiday, so I don't check the forums too often/well.

As Jekostas said, it is made/branded? by Navy and sold by Exduct.
I bought it to see what the pressure lock was.
Just like most of the newer Navy knives I have it feels quite well built, short and stubby but really solid. Feels like it would be usefull for cutting jobs requiring a lot of strength but not a long blade, like cutting thick rope.
Navy knives are not exactly cheap, compared to SRM knives but offer better steel. It looks quite "cool" but the pocket clip is really weird. I think I posted some pictures of it here but I do not remember where, or when. I have not used it to cut anything serious yet..

Its quite a pretty, smooth looking slipjoint. It was so nice, it was taken away from me  :D ! I have now ordered the other two versions of it, but I believe the blue one would be the looker.

I had the other two brought to me now and the blue one is the looker of the lot. The white one is not bad looking either. I am using it as my regular knife (cuts sausage well), since the boker I was using broke its backspring. Pictures later, when I have use of faster internet and a better PC.

cheers gareth, im looing forward to the inox  :D version ( i said version in a french acent  :D ) ive been so impressed with these knives, and am so happy that 50-trad Al kindly sent me a #8 , even i can put a good edge on these and they hold a edge well, great in the kitchen as well as the garden  :tu: and a bargain price that even i can afford  :D ive used most of them so far other than the #2 as very ickle  :o  i can see why thet stopped making the #1 in 1932 as it must of been microscopic  :o all in all a fantastic little knife, and as most said to me at some point, a must have even if you only get one  :tu:

#7 in the kitchen doing pepper work  :D

For Zed:

And an action shot (yes, I am a vegan... :D ):

I have managed to leave the white one somewhere where we were having a barbecue, so until I get it back I can not take pictures of all 3 models together.

Also, here are some pictures of my Boker that had a spring break, for no apparent reason and was replaced by my white SRM as EDC. (I have also misplaced my 763...)

Left to dry with one blade open (cut an apple), and was like that in the morning

I will probably write to Boker about it, something I do not generally do (lazy), since this was a brand new, unused knife, used to cut up maybe a couple of apples and a pork chop, before it broke. I really could not believe that; it is Chinese not German made, but it is a Boker product.. Seems to be a problem with the steel.

Nice one on the SRMs dks  :tu: Zed isn't the only one you got interested in these - I've now got all three winging (or limping) my way. Since I picked up the Byrd Wings I'm really getting into the OHO slippie thing, and I think all three of these including shipping cost less than what I paid for the Wings from a domestic supplier

I'd definitely speak to Boker about that spring failure though  :salute:

  Sell a bike  :D??????

I also got this a few days ago, a Case Russlock, black bone scales.
When I ordered it I though it was a slipjoint, with the lip being used, like in a friction folder (Peasant knife), to keep it open, but it was actually a linerlock. It has quite a hard spring and I think it comes in a non locking version too....

The blade is not centred, maybe a design feature, because of the linerlock.
