Modifying tools? How to locate parts.

Where do you get the parts when you add to a tool?  I am interested in adding a surge saw and scissors to my signal but I don't want to pay $100 bucks for those couple of parts.

Merit Badges Must post a step by step pictorial of a knife or MT Mod, done by you that includes changing the main chassis of the tool in a significant way. By machining, welding or cutting original design to accept new tool loads. Requests will be reviewed.
