Awarded.... Congrats again Lisa
Lovely collection!
Congratulations again on your Mod User Badge I love the look of that Cabon Fibre SAK
Third knife was a mod I bought that is an 84mm knife with wood saw and scissors and I carried it for a while and liked it, but lack of scale tools made me shelve it for now.
QuoteThird knife was a mod I bought that is an 84mm knife with wood saw and scissors and I carried it for a while and liked it, but lack of scale tools made me shelve it for now.EXACTLY what I will try to built in the future...Unless I find one for sale at a decent price
That carbon fiber scaled SAK is sexy af.
Going to try and source some original 84mm Vic scissors tomorrow.Wish me luck!
Congrats And very good looking SAK's
Very nice colours FB especially the ALM one
Seems I've accumulated some modded SAKs over the years in search of one that is right for my needs at various points in my SAK journey. At this time my EDC is an Expedition...pretty much a Traveller Lite, but with both the wood and metal saws., it's the bottom SAK in the photos.(Image removed from quote.)The left knife (GigaHz built), is the one I will go back to if the Expedition doesn't make the cut, but for now I'm going with the Expedition. The next knife I just got, an older Woodsman, but folks here have stated that the scales are not original to the knife, so I'm considering it a mod at this time.Third knife was a mod I bought that is an 84mm knife with wood saw and scissors and I carried it for a while and liked it, but lack of scale tools made me shelve it for now.The next two are titanium mods by Robert L. and are great mods of course. The 93mm just ended up being longer than I prefer. The 91mm is a beauty and I just display it at this time. The next one is a mod I dreamt up and GigaHz built, turned out great, but I think I have one too many Phillips in the build (my fault), so I haven't carried it.GigaHz built the St. Christopher mod for me, it's lovely, but I worry that the inlay may pop off as I can feel the edges, so that is why I've opted to not carry it.Bottom knife is "Emma" the Expedition and the new contender as my EDC.(Image removed from quote.)
Thank you Vicman and jnoxyd.I found 3 more! I think all that's left is some filing on the side of the blade versions I have from SwissBianco. The top one is a Farmer with a special fire striker.Middle is one made by a man who goes by ALM.Bottom one is one of Robert's work from what I recall, a Midshipman variant, just not entirely sure as I bought it second-hand.Nice SAKS FB!
Very nice collection congrats on the badge..in fact i might just go for that badge myself later, although i have only 1
Nice SAKS FB!
