Car Guys- need some help

Megan spotted this car in a lemonade commercial and she really likes it.  I'm having a heck of a time identifying it, although it looks painfully familiar and I'll probably feel stupid when someone says what it is...

Looks more like the early 1970's Audi 75 Variant, without the badge on the grill and with NA spec over riders on the bumpers
