Not exactly a clip point and not a spear point.For the sake of discussion,given that only these two blades are included in our discusssion,the answer would be yes.

Looking at traditional US knife patterns like stockman and trapper I think in the US clip points are far more popular than spear points. Personally, I prefer spear point blades.
Unfortunately this Victorinox blade doesn't serve the purpose for which it was designed.
