THE WATCH STRAP CHANGING TOOL.You may consider yourself to have basic competence when it comes to SAK implements. I mean, they all have a knife blade and bottle opener, and some have scissors, so what's not to know, right? Well, dear reader, did you know that Victorinox actually made an implement for the watch and strap enthusiast? Yes, there are actually two rare variants of the Classic that are equipped with a watch strap changing tool instead of the too-small-to-be-useful screwdriver. How cool is that? And the even-better news is that if you watch eBay carefully you may still be able to find one of these new.

You can get them at the Victorinox store... but you have to buy a replacement strap. Not sure on the price but I have in mind its somewhere between 30-40$.

Very nice Myron!
Haha, thanks RapidRay! In fact it is a Sinn 103 that I modified with a set of TESTAF hands that I got right at Sinn in Frankfurt. Speedies never last with me for some reason, although they are beautiful watches with great history.
I use the blade on a classic to remove spring bars. I don't recommend that to the faint of heart. One slip and the band gets a knick in it. Of course, I leave mine dull, so it works well. Also use it to pop backs off of press-fit case-backs.I've changed hundreds of bands and popped just as many backs with a classic blade. I just wish the classic had a case-back press in it, so I wouldn't have to get mine out. May need to get one of those watch-band classics for the collection and just take a triangle file to the flat driver on my watch-stuff classic.
Here's one with the newer profile.
Indeed, that works well too. The T & T are also among my most used tools on a SAK for watches.
I've been after one of these for a long time.
