While I never heard back from Spyderco after I emailed them, I did decide to give them a call and make the selection for the store.
I spoke with Candi and I have to say, friendly customer service is what I got. I ordered up a new barrel clip for this Delica, and they were pleased as punch to have a new fan and customer, even though I only needed a clip...for now.
Candi took my address and said the clip will go out tomorrow. It should arrive in 5 to 7.
