Great deal at Home Depot!

Well, I went to Home Depot tonight to pick up a few things.. I saw a Leatherman Core package for $40. The package included the Core, C301, and the removable bit driver. I bought two of them.. I plan on giving them as gifts!

leatherman123, did the knife have the new style flipper on it or the old peg looking one? I noticed the combo pack at my local HD and it had the new flipper. Our store has them priced at 49.95 though but still not bad.

What do you mean? It's the retired C301. So, I presume it is the old peg looking one!

I just picked up 2 one to keep and the other to sell or give away for christmas. Its the newer style flipper, and the knife isn't that bad. My store had about 7 left. When I get paid I might pick up a few more. The only thing is the sheath. Its the leather looking sheath, and mine doesn't quite fit. It barely snaps and I have to force it pretty hard to make it work. I think I have a SURGE sheath laying around somewhere, so it will probably go with it. And universal bit adapter is a nice extra as well.
