Do any of you, in particular in the UK, know who's the author/creator of this Spider-man? I think it's the first hero with this name.

Found something more about him:

It was written from America by Superman's co-creator Jerry Siegel, while the fantastically cross-hatched art was the work of an englishman named Reg Bunn.

I've never heard of that one.  I know Jerry and co-creator Joel Shuster were pretty well penniless after selling the rights to Superman for next to nothing. Its not surprising that they would have tried again.
