 Thanks, Ray. I had to have it for the color.  I just wish it was available in Lite/Midnight style too. 91mm would be even better!
That would work also!  :tu:

Used the pen to address a mailing envelope at the Post Office. Also opened mail at home.

After wrapping up the Tough Tool challenge yesterday, this is my day 1. A special thanks goes out to FolderBeholder for sending me a MiniChamp so I could participate (I had one already, but with severe issues).

Tools used today. These are recreations of the original photos. The originals sucked and were blurry.

Wharncliffe (emergency blade): opening medication, breaking up train set box.   Cut and Picker (orange peeler): cutting banding straps holding train set parts to packaging), peeling orange.    Combo Tool: removing and then replacing screws to access locomotive's battery compartment.

Normally, I don't do toy grade. But I am a butter finger, which has put most of my good locomotives in the shop, and I have an antique Lionel needing a full rebuild and several replacement parts (bought it dirt cheap, knowing the issues, for a project).   This Power Trains (Jakks Pacific) set, a bit bigger than N scale, was $10 on sale at Amazon and I couldn't resist.  Thinking about adding a couple of the add-on sets they offer.  I'll try to get a photo of the layout tomorrow. I have no space, so I had to set it up on the table, and put it back when done.

Borrowed photo:

Found a scale that can measure my corpulent self tonight. Of course it was a fine opportunity for the minichamp to open the box.

Mactire - MCC 05

The MC is accompanied by my Handyman. Both ride in the same pocket. I'm a bit concerned with the scales on the MC as the Handyman is rubbing against it all day.
My idea was to make a shorter keyfob for the Handyman, to have it hanging in my pocket and give the MC some room.
I did not get any further than selecting the hardware; carabiner and shackle. Maybe tomorrow.

mod edit: image removed

I did get to use the scissors to cut a sticker to fit a bottle cap. Smurfing Strong Coffee is a Coffee Roaster based in Amsterdam. I picked up a can of their roast at the Amsterdam Coffee Festival. Contrary of what you might expect this coffee is not heavily roasted and surprisingly offers a lot of flavour. And the name makes a nice statement.

Agreed Barry. Also nice and polished enough so that it doesn't scratch plastics and other soft materials.

¥ - The Member formally known as Fuzzbucket Day 6

My smurfing bradgun kept jamming on me this afternoon, the smurfing smurf! Now, while MiniChamp didn't physically get involved, he did point out the problem to PST to sort it out. The PST was marvelous... but not before I almost shot myself in the face.
