I recently bought a H502 LM lockback and when I got home I realized that 1 of the bits were missing 

 well since it is a discontinued knife I didn't want to just take it back 

 So I emailed LM customer service and told them which bit was missing 

 They returned with another email saying that they would just send all 3 bits so they could make sure I got the right 1 

 Well they arrived in the mail today all 3 of them and 1 was the 1 I was missing 

 Very good customer service
