I only know it's a 74mm Escort ，But this carving is so strange，I've never seen this one before，so who can help me?

Hand carved sterling silver scales probably? I've seen a few of those before, but I've always found them way too expensive. They would look very good in my 74mm collection though :)

Maybe try google search of that makers mark in second pic, looks like Tk or T<, like Reiner said, Sterling silver, seen jewelry with similar marks

On Ebay there is a seller listing silver rings made by her late husband who was a silversmith for 40 years.

Might be that it's not sterling, but then you should have a mark that says what grade of silver you have. The 4 digit mark might be the clue here.

You mean that“5350”represents the purity of silver.
