On Ebay there is a seller listing silver rings made by her late husband who was a silversmith for 40 years."TK custom silver" No shots of the hallmark though...
Might be that it's not sterling, but then you should have a mark that says what grade of silver you have. The 4 digit mark might be the clue here.
