Rightyho, we bet get cracking on this time machine. What SAK should I take?
Teddy was the practical sort so maybe, but I don't think so. It would have required blade engraving and probably a small plate on each side with his initials to have impressed him enough to carry it. Even then, he had his choice of knives and it probably wouldn't have been large enough for his needs or personal requirements.
The only way we can know for sure is to send one back in time and ask Teddy what he thinks about it. I will volunteer to be one of a team of brave Chrononauts to carry out this important task.Who's with me?
I'll go!
Excellent. So the team is you Pabs and me. The A Team. La creme de la creme. All we need now is a Buck 110 to show Teddy (should we call him Mr Tedward or Mr Roosevelt when we see him?)I have a Chinese clone we can give him that will blow his frickken mind!
C'mon.....stag scales? Brass bolsters? Engraved? How would T.R. have resisted that?
Wait a minute. Are you just trying to convince yourself to get another 110?
He did carry a belt knife when out West. I don't know how he equipped himself when back East. Might he have gone for one like this?(Image removed from quote.)
