I remember seeing a thread somewhere in here, of a mod someone did on either a Wave or a Charge, where he put two pieces between the spines of the outside tools, to improve ergonomics.
I think it may have been Metropolicity, or maybe Tofty?

Oh good. I wonder if a piece of G10 or similar material would be as nice and more forgiving?
