Is This An Old Craftsman?

This belonged to my father-in-law, and was passed on to me when he died. He used it while he was a scoutmaster for awhile, and also used it at his job with Sears, where he was a Craftsman small engine mechanic.

I'm thinking it's maybe a 1970's era Craftsman model? The small blade is a spear. Split Phillips driver on the backside, as well as a thin flathead. Tang stamps are the usual Victorinox. Keyring attachment is with the backside Phillips driver.

'79 to '82 or so.  I need to see the awl, closed, from the backside to dial that in tighter.  I think the latter side of that range, but I can't tell for sure in the first shot. So I'm guessing '81-'82.

I think so. I have the same knife, but it's really tore up. Some damaged liners, bent saw, and a broken scissor spring.

By the way, there is a Tinker with Craftsman branding, but I've never seen more than one or two.

Not '79 or '80 awl. Tapered '81+ style.
I do not believe Square Phillips (smooth) lasted past '82.

Popping the scales should be able to confirm...Later than I'm saying would definitely have dated scale stamping, assuming they are original.
