Custom considerations
on: August 04, 2019, 11:25:00 PM
I'm considering commissioning a custom...what would be the ideal file donor if I want a short nailfile for a 91mm knife? I'm thinking the Cadet, since I like that new-style file, but are there other options? Also, who does good mods these days?

I have not used the new file style yet, so cannot judge on their function. I like the nail file on the Evo/Wenger line

I have a Cadet with new file.
Pretty good, and in my opinion, better than the old style file.

Still one sided, but more usable surface.

That's my 2 cents.

I just realized the Sportsman would be a cheaper file donor. I think it's the same file...
