We've got a few custom SAK modders. Syph007 is the first that comes to mind. You'll need 5 post to send him a private message. Welcome aboard and I hope someone can get you sorted. I'm sure someone will come along to assist.
Are you referring to a Phillips screwdriver?
Unfortunately, the only nail file is available on the 84mm which doesn’t work on the 93mm pioneer x model. They can work on a 91mm with some fiddling. So a possible solution would be a custom super tinker, where you drop the opener layer and swap the small blade for a nail file. Swiss Bianco offers snap on alox scales, or you could have someone like syph make it with titanium scales. Let me know if this sounds like a good solution or I could keep brainstorming it.
I understand the thickness complaint. The cost of the 91mm is actually cheaper with the mod and scales because you only need two knives(cadet/sportsman and a super tinker). The alox version if it’s possible would require the pioneer x, cadet/sportsman, and an explorer. The next hurdle is you actually need more tools. Currently the pioneer x is laid out.1)Awl-blade2) scissors3) bottle opener- can openerRemoving three items but only adding two items. The next best recommendation I have would be a variation on the “urban pioneer” mod. That’s as follows, I’m sure someone will post a picture.1) awl- blade2) scissors3)nail file\ Phillips Bottle /This variation only works if the nail file works, my working theory is that with it next to the scissors you would be able to access the nail nick that way. Let me know, your thoughts on this idea.
If you really need the nail file, 84mm is good... Just to give an idea of thickness, here is a pic of my Urban Pioneer and Urban Cadet mods... The 84mm mod is about as thick as a 91mm Compact... The 93mm mod is about as thick as a 91mm Yeoman...(Image removed from quote.)
