The write up states it's a B63 and the picture shows a pair of scissors and a B63 does not come from the factory with scissors, according to SOG a  B60 or B61 come with scissors. Also B63 has a "V" cutter and I don't see one in the picture. Looks like someone modified this PowerLock from it's original configuration or it's a B60 / B61.   I just sent an email to the seller to find out what the story is........
