Here's the Cape Breton Island Tartan with the Executive
Now that is some great green colors!
I did not know that the USAF had a tartan! Do the other branches have tartans also?
I'm quite sure the Coast Guard, Army, and USMC have tartans. I don't know about the US Navy. Army Special Forces have their own tartan. I don't know if there are other US military tartans out there......
Cool pictures mates !!!It is really cool to see it altogether sak+tartan, these are among my favorites (Image removed from quote.)
Now that is a great looking SAK!
This is the official USAF tartan and a SAK Classic featuring the USAF seal. (Image removed from quote.)I carried this SAK when I was deployed (always!) and wore this scarf on deployment a few times as well. The scarf is not authorized for wear with any USAF uniform that I know of, even though it is an official USAF tartan, but I'd wear it anyway and just get in trouble. It was worth getting into a wee bit of bother to fly the tartan!
