Sir Vic, the cheese blade works for anything. I use mine almost everyday for cheese, but it's very sharp and works great for meats, chocolates, whatever you might have on your charcuterie board that day. When the new cheese SAK came out I was excited about it, but having slept on it for a year, I'm not sure what I'd do with the little fondue fork. I guess maybe pick olives out of a jar.

The thing that bothers me about the Cheese Master is that they can machine a new fondue fork but nor machine 84mm scissors
I'll give it a go one of these
cheese wedges, slices or shards. no cubes for me. More surface area, more flavor.
