What's your favorite firearm?

Hey guys, I was wondering: what's your favorite firearm? I have a good amount of rifles, but I am more of a handgun guy.. Specifically, a 1911 guy!

My all time favorite is my Colt Commander though.. A close second would be my Smith and Wesson 1911 PD.. I recently got a Walther P22 used, and it's an excellent target gun.. I can go to the range, and afford to shoot a hell of a lot more rounds with them.. Anyways, my handgun collection is growing, and looking for a new firearm.. Anyone here have an handgun recommendations? Thanks

I had a glove-gun as a kid,

and I've got this thing that shoots redrubberbands.

Pretty good for assassinating bugs & spiders.

I currently carry a Taurus PT 111 Millenium (not the Pro) stainless steel. I target shoot in a league on Wednesdays with a Ruger Charger. My favorite gun for hunting is a Mossberg 935 but would love to have the money for a Bennelli SBE II. And if I were to choose a pistol it would a Kimber 1911.

As far as recommendations I cant really say right off becuase I dont really have a lot of pistols.

Kimber makes high quality pistols, but I prefer Colt.

Never had the chance to shoot a colt. I was at the fun show on Sunday and sold a couple guns but didnt buy any just yet. Saving the money for that SBE II

I see, have you ever tried Beretta shotguns? I have a few Beretta pistols, and they are top notch.. I've never used one of their shotguns though..

I have shot a Beretta Xtrema 2 a few times did like it. I do have a Beretta NEOS pistol I used to use during league but its more of around the pasture plinker now.

The G3, or AG 3 as it is called here in Norway. 7.62 mm of pure killing power. I miss the one I had when I was in the army

I bought a Springfield 1911 and like it reasonably well for home defense- but wish I;d have given more consideration before my purchase. What I REALLY wish I had bought was the Czech-made CZ75. I'm not a very avid shooter, but the CZ75, I think, would change my mind. I like my '70's .22 Colt Huntsman the best of any pistol I've ever owned. It's accuracy is astounding, especially when used by a lousy shot like myself.

My Smith and Wesson model 64. I carried that gun when I worked for a Security service for many years as a Guard/Quality Assurance manager.

Its hard to say,I've had over 50 different pistols,I prefer S&W rev's the most for hunting,but my favorite is a Colt Nation Match Gold Cup 45 ACP Mod 70 series,that had a hand fitted barrel band,and super tuned by a Highway Patrol Gun Smith,also have a hard ball and soft ball springs that I can change to what ever competition I'm shooting.
