Everybody Okay Out There?

I know this might be treading on dangerous water but is everybody doing okay out there with their properties and staying safe with all the protests nationwide with the events in Minneapolis?
I knew my wife was a keeper when she transitioned from calling it a knife thingy to a multi-tool.

A couple miles down the road, a street near the capitol building was vandalized pretty decently. Drove through there this morning and lots of small business owners and volunteers were in cleanup mode; and several Leos were stationed at government buildings.

My location had a recall to duty, but for unrelated reasons.

There were protests last night in downtown Miami but I don't think they got violent, and anyway, I'm 30 miles away.

Saturday night was bad in downtown CHS, but the police got dialed in by Sunday. All of our “protesters” evaporated by the time the curfew was in place. We’ve got a march scheduled In my little town but there will be a HEAVY police presence, so I think it’ll go well. Stay safe!

There have been riots in the closest major city for days. Last night they spread to several other towns, including the one nearest us. It’s a shame that folks can’t go out and protest without others taking advantage of the situation. Don’t expect any problems here as we are far enough out, but keeping aware nevertheless.

I'm in the eastern part of PA and Philadelphia was torn up pretty good.

Protests last night were civil and disbanded not long after curfew was enacted.

We've been issued commute precautions at my location, too.

Well I have been under a Curfew Overnight for the last 2 nights so I have that going for me!

Things seem to be calming down for now but I imagine over the Weekend it may heat up again?

Happy birthday and Howdy fellow Minnesotan. Happy you and yours are safe and sound!

I'm not in the Twins area, but my family all live in South Mpls or Uptown. They are safe thankfully with no damages. I have family in Bloomington as well close to MOA. They left only to come back to an intact home.

Hope everyone else in the nation, and internationally now I hear, are safe
