As I sit on my Crapper Throne in the Reading Room and explode on the Commode, thinking, how my flush beat John’s and Jerry’s pair? Jack’s had to run for the Water Closet yet ended up tripping on a Can bowing and hitting his Head on the Porcelain God! 🚽

Wot! No rugby... :ahhh :ahhh :ahhh

DAY 13

Mrs Surge insisted that the "Italian Finger" be displayed whilst her team was playing  :salute:

However, it didn't end well for them

This was was the score as the second half started  :ahhh :ahhh :ahhh

Spot the FX... :pok:

I really like watching rugby but sadly it is not very popular here in the states

I’ve had some pretty good imitations too.

It is sad how expensive Girl Scouts cookies are.  I still buy a couple boxes every year, mainly just to give support because of how big a role Girl Scouts played in my growing up.

Right, we bought five boxes of Girl Scout cookies from a friend, but then went shopping and spot these along with peanut butter ones and were like holy crap look at the price :o wow, we can get four boxes for the cost of one!

We buy those, too. Delicious!
Some of the stuff is great, but every once and a while you get one thing that just doesn’t cut it! Like errr..

For better or worse, this is the very nature of fundraising.

Edit to add: I always buy Girl Guide cookies, too. Also Scouts Canada popcorn when I see it, even though I'm not hugely into popcorn.

Well pedwar am bedwar, oops sorry, let me set it straight for you people further down the table:

Four for four, it's looking pretty cushty up here at the top, but don't worry Rodders, there's always this time next year... Did I break that language (and altitude) barrier?  ;)

Great work everyone!

Day 14

Opened some Amazon parcels, but no pics. However used the awl to help make holes for another attempt to repair my recyclables’ wheelie bin - last time I just used epoxy, but that only lasted for a few months, so this time I’m trying epoxy with tip tie stitching - not exactly pretty, but let’s see if this holds and prolongs the life of the bin.....

Sooner or later this entire bin will become garbage.

Hope it holds up!

FX Day 14 (Pie day! 3.14.21):

Today's pie will be a cheese and onion quiche. The FX's scissors got used to open up a plastic bag to use in rolling out the dough.

Nifty looking fix.  I’ll be interested in knowing how it works, because my trash bin, which is similar, has a crack.

14.
Daily dose of FX.

Not much to do today, cleaning the car, cutting food packings open.
I would be happy with a pioneer, dont have much use for the extra layers in regular non woods days. Blade replaces lots of scissors jobs, no wood inside the office
The extra weight and thickness doesnt pay of, when outside a Farmer would do the job, too.

But challenges are made for trying and reflecting. So we keep going.  :climber:

Some absolutely amazing shots here  :sa:
Having been cruelly denied my mid-week ruby, due to work; today it was a Thai red curry
The FX helped with the opening of the accompanying bottle (s) of Singha  :drink:
