Is it a Handyman?

I bought this Sak today at the flea market I've already been cleaning and polishing.
I love folders with hook remover and this model did not have it.
It looks like a Handyman with a hook remover instead of tweezers.

It seemsitsoldermodel of Handyman before year 1986 when pliers was introduced and replacedfish scaler

Nice find Aligator! I like that inlay.

Looks like very early ‘80s to me. Hard to tell from lo-res pics. c.’81-‘82 from what I can see.

Thank you very much for the answers.
What I can tell you is that it has a corkscrew without a slot and it does not have a multipurpose hook.

The inlay I think is from a German trucking company.
I've seen toy trucks with that logo on ebay.
