No, that'll be way too big.It's probably no more than 2mm in width.
If you have one of the Victorinox mini screwdrivers that stores in the corkscrew, it fits the slot in the screw in the scissors. It is not as wide, but it should work alright if you seat it snugly and turn slowly.

I've never had luck adjusting this screw. Tried on several sets of scissors from 84 and 91 mm SAKs but it's not like there's a lot of thread there.
Provided it isn't stuck you can carefully turn the screw with the tip of the tweezers.
Hey Rit-The best SAK driver for Vic scissors are on the Wengers, like this PTC (Pocket Tool Chest) combo tool. Perfect fit for the older ‘small’ screws up to c.’76 or so. I’m a Victorinox fan, but the PTCs are great too.
