The Walking Dead. Cooper Andrews as Jerry and Melissa McBride as Carol Peletier in the "Diverged" episode of "The Walking Dead," Season 10, Episode 21 on March 28, 2021.

Daryl fights off and kills a zombie in military camouflage uniform.  While searching the zombie's pockets he finds a Black Oxide Gerber multi tool.

There were also numerous scenes with a Swiss Army knife.  Looked like a knockoff with silver/metal scales.
