ID Request: Black “Charge” with second 1/4” driver instead of scissors?

I found this in an auction lot. It seems closest to the Charge ALX but the tools are black oxide, not aluminum.

I would guess a Charge Xti, but I don't know if it was a BO version.

There was a black version of the XTi but the scales and screw heads are different.

Wao, looks stunning! Excuse my ignorance but, was it ever available in North America?; first time I see it, and had just changed my mind of the Al series (not very fond of the pivot and plate's look against the black handles). :tu:

The Marine Corps issued a quite a few of those BO ALX’s to the Infantry for use in Afghanistan several years ago. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was one, as the Phillips bit was swapped for a Torx which is commonly used on M-4 scopes and accessories.
