Knife/flashlight holder

I've been poking around Etsy and Ebay, among other places to try and find a way to carry my SAK (usually a 3-4 layer Wenger-based model) and flashlight (currently a Surefire E1E, but looking to upgrade to an Aviator). Problem is, dang near every otherwise suitable product I find is tailored to smaller AA lights. Does anybody make one suitable for 123-powered lights? Also, I mentioned this to TaleOfKnives and never saw any response about the matter.
