Vic Kitchen knifes
on: April 25, 2021, 01:44:06 AM
I bought three Vic kitchen knifes at a estate sale for twelve dollars had them sharpened at a local knife shop.  I keep a wicked edge on them with a Kota hone. It is so nice to work in the kitchen with a good knife.

I think Alcohol, Tabacco and Firearms should be a convenience store, not a government agency.

Nice knives!  I’ve only got these two, the bread knife which I’ve had since 1993, taken around the world on several postings and still going strong, and a more recent acquisition, the cheese knife bought in my last visit to the Victorinox store in London in January 2020 - it was an unwanted special order so I got it for a very reduced price! Sad to think that that will be my last visit to the New Bind Street store as it has now closed for good, though Victorinox do plan to open another store somewhere else in London at some point.
