Hello

For everybody who is interested in vintage wenger or vintage swiss knives generally, here`s a review of a book of the famous and well known member and knife collector Dave Arnold:

Really cool review! Hope I can post it here, because I think its of interest. Its not my book, and I have no provision of it. Just in case an operator thinks the content is against the forum rules. Hope not.

Both of the more "known" SAK books like Young's Swiss Army Knife Owner's Manual or Derek Jackson's "Swiss Army Knives, a Collector's Companion" tend to specialize more on Victorinox, not Wenger.  Glad to see a book that specializes in Wenger.  Been meaning to build my knife-related reference library, so one will be purchased pretty soon.

I have been following the "Any Love for Wenger" thread. Just happy to be notified about this book's current status. I had my eye on this publication.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, but I do not see myself writing anything overly long between two covers anytime soon.  :hatsoff:

My copy arrived yesterday and is printed in Great Britain by Amazon which will explain why it got here so quickly! If you’ve not ordered it yet, do so as it is fascinating- and I only have 4 Wengers myself! It’s a great read, thank you Dave! :hatsoff:
