Is this an existential thing or an angry inquiry, sir? I hope you're not upset. Let me try to reply though. If you own a Land Rover, lets say a Defender 90. If you take that and upgrade the suspension with a lift kit, order larger off road tires, get a roof rack, add some Jerry cans for your long treks, is it not still a Defender? Your Omega was worn by Bond. Is it any less of a Bond watch because it is several movies removed, because it is less expensive than newer offerings? Is the NTTD any more of a Bond watch because materials, cost, and time relevance? Should the tool I made to my liking and needs be renamed to a Pointman Bonded? And if this was an existential question, does a tree make a sound if it falls in the woods and no one is there to hear it? Obvious the answer? Duh.

When I saw what you did I accessed why I wasn't carrying it and now with everyones posts here I have an awesome tool that I thoroughly enjoy carrying. The lack of a lock is almost an improvement. No concerns about legalities and truthfully there is almost no need for a lock with how strong the back spring is. Plus the blade can't shut on you since the tang hits the handle first! Great great tool. I appreciate what you did to pave the way.

Definitely worth doing. I had to buy scissors twice. One on etsy wasn't as advertised... rusted!
