Day 25- an update!

The SS Rebar saw some action today with the "KP" unit; it was in charge  of opening the "yunta de pasteles" for the late lunch/early Christmas dinner! :tu:  [ You are not allowed to view this attachment ]

Hello day 25 and a happy Christmas to all.
Santa was kind and delivered a Tintin rocket. Blocks are around 4mm by 2mm and there are 1100 of them. Will post pic of finished rocket when done I promise.

Day 25

December 25

Very busy an tiring Christmas day!  I somehow developed a habit of carrying an MT on Christmas day for the past 3 years. It’s funny that a MT + light + sharpie kit is a necessity on Christmas.

Anyway, no action shots and all I got is a pretty unglamorous picture of the Rebar in back pocket.

Day 26 - carry option. I realize that the sheath looks big and clumsy, but it's not. I carry it over my right front pocket, easy to reach, never in the way and silent. I don't like pushbuttons or Velcro so riflebutton was the only choice. A sharp eye might see that there is a pushbutton on it but that is so the sheath won't slide of my belt when taking my pants of

Day 26

December 26

Used the Rebar’s PE blade to cut the tags off a couple of tops given to my wife. She was feeling under the weather today so I really didn’t bother do much with the Rebar today.

Day 25

My plan for cooking baby back ribs on Christmas Day was derailed when I opened the vacuum packaging and a foul odor wafted through the air.
We had Chinese takeout instead.

Day 26 (T -4)

BO Rebar had some gardening duties such as: adjust idle trim of weed trimmer, cut line when refilling spool, pull weeds from inside the spool cartridge; wire tie the Ginger plants so that they don't weep down, mount a hanging basket.

I used the Rebar's blade a lot today, but that's it.  Here's Mr Rebar noticing that I missed a couple days on the advent calendar,
