Shapeway Tater Masher for Skeletool Issues

Has anyone else gotten one of these. I ordered one for my Skeletool and got it in but it did not come with the screw set to install it. I think I remember seeing a video where it uses a threaded insert and an external screw. Mine came with nothing. So no way to install it.

Shapeway just says contact the designer/printer but now it does not recognize my email for me to log back in.

Super frustrated and really wanting to get the hammer attachment in place. If anyone knows where I can get the set screw let me know.

Trying to remember how I bought mine but I believe the screws have to be ordered separately. Maybe try going to the original page and look for the link.

I don’t think Shapeways sends any “packages” with multiple different parts in the same shipment. If I recall correctly, designs that have multiple parts need to be engineered so they can be printed and shipped as a single unit.

You have to buy the mounting screw separately.  If you use Metrograde's link where you ordered the Stammer, he waves the shipping fee.

Thanks for cluing me in on having to buy the mounting hardware separately - I placed an order for a few just in case I lose one.

I am now licking my $11 shipping wound for a $3 part.  >:(

Couldn’t because for some reason their site would no longer recognize my email address. So frustrating.
