:like: Everybody’s pictures and stories the past couple of days.   Some desirable cutters that catch the eye!

Day 12 -
This Tuesday morning, sunrise was missed and not as awesome as previous mornings, coffee is good , and enjoying quiet time.

Admiring a wall clock my son found a few weeks ago for his bar corner back home and the my PT-29. So a picture resulted, or two

Nice knife and nice find by your son.

Day 11

Rough Rider mini trapper for me today.  So, one of the great things about RR is that you can try out a pattern of knife without spending lots of money.  Want to see if a peanut is for you, but don't want to fork out for a Case?  RR is the brand for you.  Even if you don't go on from the RR, you'll still have a very decent knife to use.
:Agree:  Rough Riders knives are good quality for the price.  So you can try a new pattern style without feeling like you wasted your money.

Day 12

Nice pair

Day 12

I'm posting early today because I'll be out most of the day.  I'm still carrying my RR Hedgehog, but todays pic is another unusual knife from my dad.  Check this thing out - it looks like the illegitimate child of a Buck and a Vic Classic      It's made in Japan, which is surprising since my dad didn't like anything (other than electronics) made in Japan.  Like the knife before, I don't know where or when he purchased it, but it was very likely in the 80s.

(Image removed from quote.)
That is very cool and the fact the scissors cut well is definitely nice.

Nice use  :)
I've never handled a Higonokami. It looks like it has a locking blade?

Higo's are friction folders with the hammered tang acting as the lever, highly recommend them  :tu:

Apologies for my absence, I was laid up for a bit. I know I've missed far too many days now to complete the challenge, but if it's alright with you chaps, I'd still like to post a pic each day until the end of the month.  :salute:

Day 12

I know I've posted a blackberry pic already,,,, but my little patch is producing pretty good these last couple of weeks. I started couple of years ago with three small plants from a nursery down in Georgia and it is now a robust 12 foot patch on a trellis. They are sure sweet this year too,,, for the most part. By my count, I can attack that cobbler sub-challenge starting this weekend.

I hope it was nothing serious and glad you are doing better.

I know I am not hosting the challenge, but from my experience, participation is always welcome, the days really just count for the badge.

My brain just interpreted HCOA as:

I may need caffeine.

Or a house canoe.

Day 12

As promised, my 3137 makes an appearance today. Mostly it was just along for the ride, but it did feature (alongside my other Soddies) on my crappy YouTube channel. The bonus family portrait is being posted despite risk of Rich calling me an enabler. :D
