Also, this is the only way you're gonna get an LC200N blade in a Lil' Native. In addition to the obvious (breaking the glass), will have to sharpen it, but it's ground.

I'm wondering why they don't have a Lil' Native Salt yet.

Huh, that never occurred to me. So if you buy a standard Lil Native and the shot glass do you come ahead value  wise?

So I’m thinking not. Gave it a bit of thought.

Essentially you would have to buy the glass, shatter it, grind an edge which would ruin the temper so you would have to fix that. Then try to get used knife just to get the handle and hardware.

It would absolutely suck to do, but you wouldn't ruin the temper. The grind is already in place, you just need to do the edge with low grit diamond stones and work your way up. A couple ours maybe, but that's all.

My main concern would be whether the blade was actually heat treated at all, instead of just ground to look like a lil native.

That’s true. The QC / tolerances may also a bit lax. Since it’s more for display.

Plus Spydiewiki for the full size Native did say a LC200N is coming soon or already in production. Haven’t really kept up with that knife model.
