I just stumbled across the SAK Mechanic and found out it is discontinued. How rare are these?
I knew my wife was a keeper when she transitioned from calling it a knife thingy to a multi-tool.

Assuming your Mechanic has a Phillips in the back layer, I'd say it's uncommon. (I found ten on eBay without going to the second page of search results.) The variation with the corkscrew is probably closer to being rare.

I know this a little old, but I think Farmer X meant to say either its common, or its not uncommon.  The corkscrew version, as mentioned, is less common.  There is one listed right now for $225, vs an auction closing in 2 hours with no bids for $32 on a philips.  Other philips seem to go for under $100.
