Badge request: Chainsaw user

I thought I'd try to show something different for this badge request. I am currently on driver duty, and this is the chainsaw on my truck. The Stihl MS231.

It has a variety of uses, from cutting ventilation, separating burning materials, clearing obstacles or breaching. Here is a picture of a wall where I used the Stihl to remove some glowing panels.

We also got a new chainsaw on one of the other trucks, the Echo CS-310ES. I am unfamiliar with this brand and haven't used it yet. It sure looks clean and pretty though.

And finally for some non fire related stuff, this is the Milwaukee M18 FCHS and my brand new helmet. Slightly embarrassed by how clean it is, I haven't gotten to use it a whole lot yet.

When I first started with construction 13 years ago, many of our tools were corded and the ones we had on batteries wasn't really durable. It is amazing how much better power tools have gotten over the last few years, with brushless technology and massive batteries (this one is 12 Ah).

I hope this qualifies for a badge!

This particular model was the least expensive of the three, but for our fairly limited use I am confident that it is more than good enough. Excited to test it out!
