Giving this a bump so it doesn't disappear from the first page of this section. Still hoping that some new folks will join in the fun.  If you want the Sos Surprise Box declare here that you want it and then send a private message to the last member who had it including your name and address, and they will send it to you.  Simple as that.  You get to take anything you want out of the box.  Adding to the box is optional but everyone has, so far.  :hatsoff:  The only cost to whoever receives the box is you have to pay the postage to send it on to whoever gets it after you.  The postage is currently $22.95 for a medium, flat-rate box that weighs over 10 pounds.

Yes, we actually sat down together last night and were looking through the box together. Unfortunately, as happens most nights, she fell asleep immediately. I envy people like her who're able to fall asleep on command. For me it's like doing violent battle with my own consciousness. I will take some photos of one item I immediately pulled out for myself. There are actually so many cool items in here. It was like being in a knife store all over again.

Okay, so these are the items that immediately called to me. The Pocket Wrench was an item that I'd wanted for a while now and had been perusing the secondary market(s) for and I'm so glad there was one in the box! I've also always been curious about the little rescue/emergency derma-safe razor blade thingy. I'm still perusing the box and will in all likelihood pull a few more things out. What a cool idea this box is!

   The PocketWrench is already worth a lot more than what your cost will be to ship the box again.  Those things seem to have a high demand, and the price reflects it.  Since you were already looking for one, it doesn't get much better than that. 
    I think most everyone has found the Sos mystery box to be a fun thing.  Big box full of 'take whatever you want'.  Also, a good opportunity to share something with the next recipient.  I know I enjoyed getting the thing when I was playing along.  Best wishes, G

Here are some more photos of the small knife. I really like this guy. The size is pretty unobjectionable for just about anyone and it's got a really nice snap and opens/closes really nicely.
