Great day today!

Well I got up this morning at 0430. I could not sleep at all all night excited about today. My #2 son last week just got his licence to carry here in Ma. and is taking me today to the gun show in Marlboro. Why ? he actually wants my advice on him getting his first pistol he payed for.

I got every child when they were young the same thing. Every kid got a Ruger 10/22, a Rem. 12 ga. , A Remington 30.06 rifle, and 4 inch 357 SW. Now he wants to buy his own and is really stoked on my glock, so we will be looking at them today!

I just get excited when the kids find a need to come back to the old man for advice. I guess it is now roll reversal. they used to wait for me to get home to do stuff now I get to wait for them.

I believe that gun show was going on a few weeks ago; as I was supposed to go!

What model Glock is he thinking about? I have my carry license and I carry a PT 111 stainless. I like it but I am always looking for something new

Well he got the 19. Good deal on it used 450 out the door with 4 hi cap mags.We spent the whole day together and had a ball. I got to play with a small Sebbie, and all i got to say is man are they tiney!

Maybe I have forgotten how big the large Sebbie is, but I wouldn't call it tiny. It's a great EDC size IMO.

Funnily the 19 is one of the few pistols I have ever shot. Sounds like you had a great day, it's always good having some 'father/son' time.
