Yep, I think it's just you and that hermit goat herder in Upper Mongolia that didn't get the word Ponch. (assuming he doesn't know yet, at least you weren't last) :D

Spyderco restarted production on the 'Rench in 2007. They are now built in Taiwan, but are supposed to be identical to previous USA-made models. At the same time an economy version, the made in China Byrd Wrench, began production. It is only slightly different than the Spyderco version.

Okay I thought that the Byrd Wrench was the only one in production

Didn't realize that the Spyderwrench was also back :tu:

Actually the Byrd Rench is built pretty well, and a fair amount cheaper to buy than the SpydeRench. Makes me wonder if they are selling many of the Spydies?
