The SOG adapter isn't magnetic.

The two adapters I have are different form your guys. I can't remember where I got them but the hole that fits the SOG adapter is a perfect square with no detents. The side that take the hex bit has a spring inside that helps hold the bit in place. Both fit tightly.  Sorry for the blurry pic and the sound of the video.http://youtube.com/watch?v=oypUoYrIfhM

I could not do what you show in your video prime. The hex bit fits snugly in my adapter, but my adapter doesn't fit snugly on the driver of the tool. It would go flying at the first shake like you did.

I wish I could remember where I got my adapters at. One time when I was using it with my PowerLock and pressing really hard down on it.  It took me awhile to get the adapter off again.
