Sourcing the Centerdrive rubber bit holder/storage?

Does anyone have a lead on where to purchase the longer bit holder/storage identical to the one that comes with the Centerdrives+Bit Kit? Gerber only offers the smaller one that holds fewer bits+adapter. I know there are many various options out there, but leaning towards gettings some just like Gerber supplied one.
